Marino Montero

Since the beginning of his professional career in 2012, Marino Montero’s specialisation has focused on labour and social security law, actively participating in recurring advice to companies in various sectors, as well as in corporate restructuring processes, company audits (“due diligence”) and collective bargaining.

He has also practised before different Spanish jurisdictions, assuming the legal management of numerous proceedings before the social jurisdiction on behalf of national and multinational companies.

In addition to he`s professional work, he has given numerous training courses on labour and social security law.
