Javier Granado joined Danbury in 2015, after having developed his professional career in the tax division of Bufete Barrilero y Asociados since 2002.
Since his professional beginnings, his area of practice has been tax law and, without prejudice to the recurrent advice he provides to companies and individuals, his specialisation is focused on advising family businesses, groups of companies and large estates, on the taxation of corporate restructuring operations and on advising banking and financial institutions.
In his years of experience, he has advised on numerous company acquisitions, transfers and corporate reorganisations in a wide range of sectors.
He also advises family and corporate groups on the definition and organisation of their asset and corporate structures and on the day-to-day development of their respective businesses and investments.
