During his first years of practice (1999 to 2006), Igor Elustondo combined tax and corporate/commercial advice, to concentrate exclusively on corporate and commercial advice when he joined Bufete Barrilero y Asociados in 2006, where he practised until 2015 when he joined Danbury.
His areas of practice are commercial, corporate and international law and, in addition to the recurring advice he provides to companies and groups of companies in various sectors, he specialises in restructuring operations, start-ups, venture capital investments and divestments, sale and purchase of companies and businesses (M&A) and foreign investments in Spanish territory.
Among the clients he advises are multinationals from various sectors, including regulated sectors (pharmaceuticals, healthcare and finance), which have seen
a medium and long-term investment opportunity in Spain.
He also has extensive experience as a Board Secretary, currently holding the position of Secretary of several Boards of Directors.
