Our specialisation extends both to the organisational aspect – meaning all matters related to the organisation of commercial companies, their development, restructuring and termination and the relations between their shareholders, all within the framework of the Capital Companies Act and its complementaryregulations (so-called company law) – and to all those general aspects derived from the usual and recurrent commercial relations in the company, such as commercial contracts, their development, execution and termination.

We also have extensive experience and a high degree of specialisation in the sale and purchase of companies and businesses (M&A), restructuring operations, investments and divestments in the field of venture capital, startups, franchises or foreign investments in Spanish territory.

We also provide recurring advice to family business groups, both in the ordinary development of their respective businesses and in their relations with their shareholders, actively participating in the design and drafting of family protocols and in the definition of policies and protocols that guarantee the appropriate balance between family and business interests.
