Javier Granado

Javier Granado joined the tax department of Bufete Barrilero y Asociados in 2002, where he developed his career until 2015.

From his early beginnings, his area of practice has been Tax Law, and besides the recurring advice to companies and individuals, his specialty is focused in the advice to groups of companies and high-net-worth individuals, tax planning of restructuring projects, whether national or international, and in the advice to banks and financial entities.

His expertise extends to the taxation aspects associated to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as to foreign investments in Spain and Spanish investments abroad.

The technical rigour of his advice at both a domestic and international level, grants the clients the trust and certainty they demand in their most complex businesses and transactions.
