Amaia Serrano
Amaia Serrano joins Danbury in April 2017, having developed her career at the Corporate Department of Bufete Barrilero y Asociados between 2006 and 2011, and later at the Corporate Department of Garrigues between 2011 and March 2017.
Her practice area has mainly focused in Corporate and Commercial law, including domestic and international commercial contracts, as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
She has broad experience in due diligence processes, acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructuring, board secretary duties, reports and legal opinions on corporate law, advising family businesses and drafting family protocols and shareholder agreements, commercial contracts and transactions in general.
She also advices in inheritance law, including last wills, partition agreements and distribution of inheritance.
She has been a lecturer in different forums and professional associations.
