Labour relations are one of the most delicate and sensitive aspects of the business world. Whether in their relation with employees or with directors, companies have to face on a daily basis, complex and formal regulations that do not always fit their own economic reality.

With the aim to assist companies in the management of such relations, our team has a deep knowledge in labour advice to national and international companies. Our experience includes labour contracts (including labour risk prevention), restructuring, labour lawsuits and Social Security Law.

Our professionals have managed employment regulation plans, as well as negotiations for the termination of senior management contracts and have carried out the planning of flexibility systems of labour conditions for big companies.

In order to provide a full legal service, our Labour Law area cooperates frequently with our Commercial Law team in labour issues arising from M&A transactions (due diligence and risks associated to business succession), and with our Tax Law team in issues related to the taxation of posted workers and other issues with tax implications.
